We aim at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings and environments.

Staff should be of good character, ethical, of good moral, competent and qualified for the work.

As important as how you manage your time and material resources are the people you recruit to bring energy, ability and focus to your organisation and to your given mission at large.
Remember that your new staff will become your new team, in wet and dry, to win with, and in the length, it can consist of both new and older team members, depending all about of what type of situation you're going into or will be handling as time pass and progress forward and more drops on your desk.
Or perhaps even a credit reflection of what you as a director or your agency can afford, or what you want to achieve by not spending so much money in the end. :-(

Remember that those younger are a little faster and the Seniors have more job and life experience to contribute with. That's really worthy. Including the ability to handle stress. And also the younger have someone to ask when things get difficult or 'somewhat' messed up.
Manage accordingly.

It's of overall importance that all job key roles are filled, and that those roles are filled by individuals who will take real responsibility and pride for the energy they put into their work.
Manage a list so that all your employed staff has a clear job description of what they should be doing, so that they know what his or her responsibilities are and what's expected of them at work, at all times, in your 'standard boss point of view'.

In all cases - Make it clear who is responsible for what, PRECISELY in detailed writing, so you can avoid any confusions later. It also makes the persons and staff members in charge of a particular work necessity - a clear picture in their mind of what is expected of them at work. Everybody likes to fulfill and perfect the job description that is given to them by their employer, so the accurate job description will actually help them to improve and perform better over time!

Everyone needs to know why they would eventually be fired from their work, and now they should know or can figure it out.
[ If you wrote the job description right, it's an unsaid side-effect. No harm done. It all works. ]

So, accurate job descriptions are important for all work situations, but they are particularly important for companies or agencies handling other people or their life situations. In interviews with media, have a 'charmy' man/woman who knows what he is talking about and not tries to fool anyone in front of the media. People can see through that and you don't want that publicity. If your work involve research let the 'geeks' run the day-to-day work. In dangerous combat areas, supply sufficient communication equipment and have back-ups prepared at all times. For fast extraction or for delivery of extra supplies.

And probably in a lot more areas we didn't write here. Your workers perceived missions can be somewhat chaotic and can sometime take place in really stressy environments, and you should adjust their pressure accordingly. Please reduce factors contributing to stresss and perhaps also go over and rewrite the job descriptions once a year. Please do it together with each and everyone in your staff. That will always help everyone focus and concentrate on the greater objective at large. (Don't forget this!)

Remember to thank everyone with a party, from time to time, where they can bring their family or the one who is closest to them, with them to your organizations celebrations! And arrange so they can sort of "brag a little", in front of their families at home (about their great employment/employer). -Boosts morale when executed right, we know it to be true!
If you can afford it, buy taxi-rides for their home return in advance, let's say around 00.30 to 02.30 if it's an evening party.
Get everyone in the mood! Music and free drinks! Good food and snacks. Perhaps a stage comedian after dinner?
-They will all feel that they are well taken care of and not used until they fall apart.
Again- it's a cheap employee energy kickback.

The 5 steps you need to perform, to achieve the overall success in this world, dear Sir or Madame :

1. Recruit staff of good character.
2. Manage accurate job descriptions.
3. Manage the new tasking of staff successfully according to new situations with perfection, or hire someone that does.
4. Make a yearly overview of this years work, and in front of the next years, with each staff member individually.
5. And finally thanking them all together from time to time, for performing their best!
*That's Most Important* (Number 5)

Do all of the above, and you will all be successful together. And so will everyone you come in contact with during work hours.
Happy staff gets happy customer/client relations.

If you follow these advices, they will all perform well over time, and your staff will also generate and accomplish more than what you expect of them !
Everyone will be happy with this leadership of yours!

We wish you all the best in your future endeavours on this planet!

We aim at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings and environments.

LONDON (Reuters) - A 14-year old girl who died of cancer has been cryogenically frozen in the hope she could be brought back to life in the future after winning a landmark court case shortly before her death, the BBC reported on Friday, 2016-11-18.
The youngster knew she only had weeks to live when she wrote a heartbreaking letter to a judge asking to be frozen until a cure could be found.

REASON FOR CHOICE OF BEST NEWS 2016: Even though we think that life continues somewhere else, like in heaven or paradise, she wanted to have it, and get brought back to life in the future, AND FOUGHT FOR IT ! AND WON ! She was only 14 years old, and wanted to live. In the future, we might end up with a 14-year old girl, living in 2 worlds at the same time. That was our main reasons. Hope you support our choice of NR 1 best news 2016. Especially considering the fact that she was 14 years old, and had to die, in this sometimes quite fucked up world, but her will and desire to live, manifested in a HOPE, that she MIGHT be brought back to life in the future somewhere. That is why this was the best news in 2016. She was only 14 years old and none could help her with her cancer. So I insist that IF we can make a body live again that has been frozen, she will be the first one "ONLINE" again.
